The biggest and most popular directory listing is Yahoo Directory. The cost is $299 per year, but the benefits of Yahoo directory far outweigh the costs. Once your site is submitted Yahoo will evaluate it. This takes about one week. But trust me, after that time every major search engine will index your site and your rankings will go up.

The only thing preventing you from being in the top 10 of Search Results is doing nothing to improve the rankings of your site. Your site is heavily optimized, which means thousands of links are being captured from Google and Yahoo that lead back to specific products within the site.
