:: Cover Options
You'll work with us to personalize your catalog. First, choose your favorite full-color front cover from among four options and your favorite full-color back cover from between two options. After you've made your choices, we'll add your distributorship's name, logo and ordering information to both covers, printed in one color. The inside front cover and inside back cover each have a space reserved for you to add your own personalized message, further customizing your cover. You'll need to supply us with a digital file of the high-resolution artwork of your company name and logo as you would like it to appear on your cover. Any copy you would like included must be submitted on disk in a Text or Microsoft Word format. See the enclosed Personalized Cover Information section for more details.
Product
With the Panda Safety Catalog, you automatically expand your product line. Panda Communications has selected products for this catalog from the most popular items featured in the biggest nationally-based catalogs. Each manufacturer's logo will be printed next to their respective products(except for generic products like commodity gloves, Tyvek® safety wear and other clothing, and miscellaneous industrial items). Panda will provide you with a spreadsheet of all the products featured in the Panda Safety Catalog.*

Manufacturer Co-Op Reimbursement Program
You may qualify for co-op reimbursement dollars from each participating manufacturer for which you are an authorized distributor. Simply complete the Authorized Distributor Form. We will handle the rest. Panda will provide you with a spreadsheet of all co-op funds requested on your behalf so you can follow up with your manufacturers. The co-op dollars go directly to you.

The Product Sourcing Program
We understand that your distributorship may not inventory all of the products featured in the Panda Safety Catalog. We suggest that you outsource from another distributor those products that you don't carry. Panda will supply you with a list of participating Panda Safety Catalog distributors, a powerful product sourcing guide. Distributors who participate in the Panda Safety Catalog Program are responsible for establishing their own sourcing relationships with the manufacturers in the catalog. Panda Communications cannot guarantee that any given manufacturer will directly supply a distributor with their product, just because that distributor is a participant in the Panda Safety Catalog Program.
Custom Options
Your Panda Safety Catalog can be customized even further. Here are some ways you can really make the book your own.
- Custom Pricing: Every product on every page can include your own price, price break and stock number.
- Custom Page Footers: Your distributorship's name, logo and 1-800 number can be printed on every product page as part of a custom page footer.
- Custom Covers: Front, Back, Inside Front and Inside Back: Panda designers can create custom covers unique to your catalog, making it truly stand out among the competition. These spaces are invaluable for promoting the special products and services your distributorship provides. We'll work together to maximize the impact custom covers can make.
- Custom Inserts: You have a line of products that's important to you. Unfortunately, it is not among the products in the Panda Safety Catalog. The answer? Create a custom insert that features these products. We'll bind it into the standard catalog, making your book serve you even better. The insert can be anywhere from two pages to 48 pages long. An insert of more than 48 pages will require its own custom cover, as the standard catalog's spine width will not accommodate an insert that large.
If you decide that the standard Panda Safety Catalog is right for you, you can order as few as 2500 copies. If you choose to pursue any or all of these customizing options, we recommend a minimum print run of 10,000 catalogs. Who should participate in the Panda Safety Catalog program?
We here at Panda follow what we call the 80/20 Rule. If your current inventory coincides with at least 80% of the products featured in our standard catalog, the program should be perfect for you, providing you with a beautiful, four-color catalog at a fraction of the cost of what a completely customized catalog would be. And remember, you can add the missing 20% in a cost-effective custom insert.
